Psychological distress and musculoskeletal pain in manual therapists during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Sweden: a cross-sectional study - Chiropractic & Manual Therapies

Study participants were included from November 2020 through January 2021, which was the time of the second wave of COVID-19 in Sweden. Study participants were enrolled through a generic link to information about the study and the baseline questionnaire (www.campstudy.se). Data collectionThe data in the CAMP study were collected using four web-based surveys during a one-year period, each completed in 15–30 min. The cumulative incidence for each participant’s municipality of residence the preceding four-week period upon enrollment was considered. Musculoskeletal painMusculoskeletal pain and activity-limiting pain were measured using a modified version of the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ).
