CNN Media Analyst Sara Fischer revealed that according to her source at Fox News, the network is expecting to lose the defamation suit brought forth by Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion is suing Fox News for $1.6 Billion in damages in a defamation suit against the network regarding deceptive coverage of the results of the 2020 general election, which then-President Donald Trump baselessly claimed was “stolen” or rigged. “So how does that work based on what they are arguing in court?” she asked. “I think it’s just a weak defense, Kaitlan,” Fischer replied before revealing her own reporting. “I have sources inside Fox in the C-Suite level; they tell you they think it is likely that they will lose this case, and that’s because of this discrepancy,” she reported.
