AT least one person has died and 28 others are injured after a roof collapsed during a concert on Friday night. First responders rushed to the scene of the "mass casualty" event after severe weather caused the collapse at the Apollo Theatre in Belvidere, Illinois. About 30 minutes into the concert, a call came in about the collapse and multiple injuries. The band released a statement announcing that the concert had been canceled "due to a tornado that hit the venue." The theater opened in 1921 to show stage plays and movies and has been used for live shows in recent years.
